The more communication, the better!  I’m available by text, email, or phone, with texting typically being the fastest. Whether you have questions or just need someone to bounce ideas off of, I’m here throughout the planning process.

Yes. I arrive early to ensure the day unfolds smoothly from start to finish. I coordinate vendors and volunteers, assist with décor placement, and help pack items at the end of the night — including loading décor into vehicles. 

You sound wonderfully organized, and that’s a huge advantage. My Wedding Day Management (“Day‑Of”) package includes a few meetings before the wedding so we can confirm timelines, review details, and ensure everything aligns in advance. This prevents last‑minute scrambling and allows me to protect your vision proactively rather than reactively.

Sorry, no can do! I take on full‑service planning, which includes managing communication and logistics with all your vendors throughout the process. However, you will always sign contracts and pay vendors directly. I don’t assume financial obligations on behalf of clients. My goal is a true partnership — I’ve already had my dream wedding, and now I’m here to bring yours to life.

A venue coordinator works for the venue, I work for you!  I advocate for your vision, your priorities, and your vendors - including the venue. Venue staff can change throughout the year, but I’m with you from start to finish, ensuring consistency and support every step of the way.
